Kristen was great through out the whole time consuming process, ultimately we were not able to sell the house to our tenants but Kristen hung in there anyway. Her expertise during our initial offer was based on the current market, took into account the higher interest rates, and the market environment at the time. She handled the negotiations which resulted in a price point agreement. Sellers want more money…buyers want to pay less… but the achievable goal was finding a deal that could make that house our future home. The home we sought was recently taken off the market, we wanted to kick out the closing to five months in the future, and all of this was initiated through the Winter Holidays. It was an unusual way to engage a Buyers Agent, but her long familiarity with real estate transactions was the right fit to make it happen. She was able to frame our offer in a way the sellers (and their agent) felt comfortable to accept. She was able to weave confidence through the whole process and in the end we have our home and she has our great appreciation.
