They say all things in a real estate transaction are negotiable, that was where Kristen (as my Buyers Agent) was invaluable throughout the home buying process. Her expertise during our initial offer was based on the current market, took into account the higher interest rates, and the market environment at the time. She handled the negotiations which resulted in a price point agreement. Sellers want more money…buyers want to pay less… but the achievable goal was finding a deal that could make that house our future home. The home we sought was recently taken off the market, we wanted to kick out the closing to five months in the future, and all of this was initiated through the Winter Holidays.
